Meridian was a dairy town of roughly 10,000 people into the 1990s. The 2020 census counted 117,635. So most of the houses here are new.
Built in 2015? Odds are you don't need us (honest). Old Town, the original farmhouses, anything that went up before the 1980s? Different story. We're certified, we're insured, and we'll tell you straight which one you've got.
An old brick building in Old Town. A farmhouse that used to sit on dairy land. A '70s ranch out toward Kuna. We take care of the asbestos and we don't hand it back until it's safe.
That's the job. Everything else is paperwork, and we handle that too.
Call or fill out the form. Free estimate, whether you're in Old Town, out by Kuna, or up toward Star.
Pick a time. We handle the EPA notifications, paperwork, and certificates.
Work area sealed off and controlled start to finish. When we leave, your property is cleared and certified asbestos safe.
Homeowners, landlords, and businesses all over Ada County. First call to final clearance, it's on us.
You hear back within 1-2 business days. From a real person on our team (revolutionary, we know).
Free estimate, and you know the full number before we start. Nobody likes a surprise invoice.
22 plus years. Government agencies, schools, established organizations. They don't hire you twice if you cut corners.
Book A Free Quote →The town took its name in 1893 from the Boise Meridian, the survey line that runs along what's now Meridian Road. A creamery opened in 1897 and Meridian became the dairy center of the state (Dairy Days has been running since 1929). The buildings from those decades are exactly where asbestos pipe wrap, boiler insulation, vermiculite, and old flooring show up.
We serve Meridian, Kuna, Star, Eagle, and Nampa, plus the rest of the Treasure Valley. Locally owned out of Missoula. EPA and OSHA standards on every job. No exceptions.

"..they got their initial quote back to us within a few days, and were able to schedule the removal job faster than I ever expected! They were finished with the removal before other local companies even got back with us on quotes."

Start with the year it was built. Most of Meridian went up after the 1990s, and homes from that era rarely have it. Built before the 1980s? Assume it could. Pipe and boiler insulation, vermiculite in the attic, old flooring, plaster, popcorn ceilings. Testing is the only way to know for sure, and we'll give you a straight answer.
Not in the work area. We seal it off and you stay out until we've confirmed it's safe. What that means for the rest of the house depends on the job, and you'll know up front.
The size of the job and the material decide it. The estimate is free and you get the full price before we start. No hidden fees.
Idaho doesn't have its own asbestos licensing program, so federal EPA and OSHA rules apply. Every demolition needs written notice to EPA Region 10 at least 10 working days before work starts, even if no asbestos turns up. Renovations on commercial, public, or multi-unit buildings need it too once there's enough asbestos to hit EPA's threshold. We handle all of it.
One to three days for most jobs, testing through disposal. Old Town buildings and bigger commercial spaces take longer. You get a timeline before we start.
