You're halfway through a remodel. You pull up the old flooring. Now you've got a question nobody at the hardware store can answer.
That's normal. Most people in Idaho Falls have never dealt with asbestos. We have, for 22 plus years. We're certified, we're insured, and we walk you through every step.
Older place downtown by the river. Farmhouse out toward Ucon. Newer build in Ammon. Doesn't matter. We take care of the asbestos and we don't hand your space back until it's safe.
Simple goal. Keep you and your family away from asbestos.
Call or fill out the form. We'll get you a free estimate, whether you're in town, out in Iona, or down toward Shelley.
Pick a time that works for you. The paperwork, EPA notifications and certificates are on us.
We seal off the work area and keep it controlled the whole time. When we're done, your property is cleared and certified asbestos safe.
First call to final clearance, all of it is on us. Homeowners and businesses all over Bonneville County.
You'll hear back within 1-2 business days. From us, no franchise call center (we don't have one).
Free estimate, honest price, and you know the pricing before anything. Quick warning. Picking an asbestos contractor on the cheapest bid alone is how people end up paying twice.
22 plus years. Government agencies, schools, established organizations. You don't get that kind of work by cutting corners.
Book A Free Quote →Idaho Falls started as a toll bridge. Matt Taylor built it over the Snake River in 1865 for traffic headed to the Montana gold camps, and the town that grew up next to it was called Eagle Rock until 1891. A lot of what went up in the decades after was built before anybody knew what asbestos does to your lungs.
So you want somebody who's done this a LOT. We have. We serve Idaho Falls, Ammon, Iona, Ucon, and Shelley, and head out to Rigby, Rexburg, and Blackfoot. Locally owned out of Missoula. EPA and OSHA standards on every job.

"..they got their initial quote back to us within a few days, and were able to schedule the removal job faster than I ever expected! They were finished with the removal before other local companies even got back with us on quotes."

You can't tell by looking at it. If your home was built before the 1980s, assume it could be in there. Pipe and boiler insulation, vermiculite in the attic, old flooring, plaster, popcorn ceilings. Testing is the only way to know for sure. We test it and give you a straight answer.
Not in the work area. We seal it off, and you're not back in there until we've confirmed it's safe. What that means for the rest of the house depends on the job, and we'll tell you up front.
Depends on the size of the job and the material. The estimate is free, and you get the full price before we start. No hidden fees. Period.
Idaho doesn't have its own asbestos licensing program, so federal EPA and OSHA rules apply. Every demolition, and any renovation on a commercial, public, or multi-unit building with enough asbestos to hit EPA's threshold, needs written notice to EPA Region 10 at least 10 working days before work starts. We handle all of it.
One to three days for most jobs, testing through disposal. Bigger or older buildings take longer. You get a clear timeline before we start.
