208 Commerce - Renovation & Construction

During Spring and Summer of 2012, Abatement Contractors of Montana renovated an old mechanic's shop at 208 commerce into a combination office and shop for the support of ACM's contined growth and expansion. The former corrugated metal exterior and roof was removed and all existing framing was utilized in reconstruction. Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) were then applied to the exterior for reinforcement and an economical R-Value. This was then covered by a rolled metal exterior siding.

ACM acted as the General Contractor on the project, coordinating with multiple subcontractors including: Elkhorn Excavating, Heritage Flooring, Oyler Drywall, Ivan's Roofing, Precision Concrete, Sun Peak Construction, Temp Rite Services, and Jacobson's Electric.
